A recent project by the Bombay Flying Club is causing a lot of buzz. Paul Madsen, Brent Foster, Line Wolf Nielsen and Henrik Kastenskov put together this beautiful piece on the people in Jharia India who live above underground infernos. The video is running as part of a series in the Globe and Mail.
The piece, shot with the Canon Mark II 5D is incredibly beautiful. In fact, there is probably a good discussion to be had over the line that seperates documentary video and film art as this piece probably has feet in both worlds.
