AP / YouTube debacle

The AP has a received a lot of criticism lately for its plans to go after those on the web who misappropriate AP content.
Whatever your feelings are on those announcements (and as an AP employee, I will refrain from expressing mine), there is room to debate its merit.
However, it’s hard to explain away a recent cease and decist letter issued by the AP for WTNQ’s usage of Youtube videos from the AP -Youtube channel. Read about it on tech-crunch
